Here are free templates from Microsoft™. If you are using an older version of Powerpoint, just be sure that your version supports the version of the template that you wish to use.
Google™ Docs became Google™ Drive, but the free templates should function just fine.
There is a less extensive collection of templates for Open Office, but both Open Office and the templates are free.
